Having started her working life in the small family business, enlightenHR was the brainchild of our Founder, Alison Benney. Alison’s career spans both operational management and HR up to Director level. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development making her a leading professional in the human resources field. Always pragmatic and down to earth Alison launched enlightenHR in 2004 to ensure that SMEs had access to top flight advice and support whenever they need it.
As our client base has grown we have handpicked advisors to join our very special team. Each of our advisors is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with over 10 years experience of working in operational HR at a senior level. They are pragmatic, business oriented individuals whose focus is to find the right solutions for you and your business; explaining the legal requirements in easy to understand language and identifying and advising on risks where these exist.
