Holly Mapstone, our Senior HR Business Partner, is celebrating her first year with enlightenHR and is sharing her insights into what makes enlightenHR unique. The people and culture that define us, and the innovative strides we’re making in the field.
It’s hard to believe that I’ve already been a part of the enlightenHR team for a whole year. Time really does fly when you’re having fun, and what a fantastic journey it has been!
From day 1, it was evident that enlightenHR was not your typical HR consultancy. It is dynamic, specialised, and forward-thinking, which allows the service to be delivered with a personal touch and agility.
So, what have I enjoyed the most about my time in the first year? Well, where do I start?
- The People: Without a doubt, it’s the team that make enlightenHR truly special. We all have a genuine passion for what we do whilst bringing something unique to the table. Our different background and experiences give us diversity that sparks innovation and creativity!
- The Culture: Company culture is often touted as a buzzword, but at enlightenHR, it really is at the heart of what we do. Tour culture has collaboration, continuous learning, and personal growth.
- The Clients: Working closely with our clients has been an absolute pleasure. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organisations of all sizes and industries, helping them navigate the complexities of HR. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact our services have on their businesses.
- The Innovation: In the field of HR, staying ahead of the curve is crucial. At enlightenHR we are always exploring the latest HR tech or pioneering new approaches to talent management and data management – could we link BreatheHR as our strategic partner?
Looking ahead, I’m incredibly excited about what the future holds. As we continue to grow and evolve, there are several things I’m eagerly anticipating:
