My career began over 25 years ago in HR, spanning both the public and private sectors. During this time, I’ve worked closely with CEOs, Managing Directors, and Senior Leadership teams across a range of SMEs, helping them navigate complex employment matters and implement pragmatic, people-focused solutions. My passion lies in ensuring businesses have the right structures, policies, and cultures in place to thrive—no matter how rapidly things change.

Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in areas such as change management, employee relations, the entire employee life cycle, and the development of tailored policies and procedures. I’m at my best when collaborating with leaders to shape high-performing teams and drive positive, sustainable change. My approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that each recommendation I make aligns with the organisation’s goals, vision, and values.
