At enlightenHR we assist clients with all kinds of queries and situations. Recently we have seen an increase in clients contacting us about sexual harassment complaints from members of their teams – fortunately we have been able to successfully support our clients in dealing with these complaints.
When our Founder Alison Benney was asked to be the guest speaker at the Torbay Business Network it seemed like an ideal opportunity to highlight the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace and the change in attitudes in the modern workplace. It was also an opportunity to make a video to inform our clients and potential clients of the risks and what to look out for.
