In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, we engaged enlighten HR to provide a fully outsourced HR function and assist in the recruitment and documentation of over 300 employees, operating retail concessions across the UK. Enlighten have since managed all contractual and HR matters for the business and have streamlined the HR process, managed risk, and ensured full legal compliance. The speed of operation and flexibility that enlightenHR provided in supporting the launch of a new business, including setting up new starters, advising on payroll processes, employee contracts, policy documents, HR advice and everything else that is involved was quite remarkable. Once this was completed all of the legalities were checked with an employment lawyer, which increased my confidence. We engaged with enlightenHR at an extremely challenging time for the business due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. During that time enlightenHR, and Alison Benney in particular, has provide us with advice relating to furlough leave, returning to work, ACAS negotiations and redundancy as well as day-to-day HR advice and support. The service we receive is prompt, informative and expert, which enables us to make the appropriate and compliant decisions relating to our employment issues. This support is very personal, it is as though we have our own HR department who thoroughly understands us and our business which has added huge value to our decision making.

This is to confirm I have over the past few years had reason to use Alison Benney’s professional expertise to resolve a number of staff related issues and have found her ability and professionalism excellent.
